Welcome to onflaTTricks. By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

The present General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern all sales, services, deliveries, and offers made by onflaTTricks through its online platform and mobile application. They also apply to any access to, navigation, or use of the onflaTTricks app and related services. These Terms form an integral part of all agreements concluded between onflaTTricks and its customers or users concerning the products and services offered through the platform. Any divergent or additional terms proposed by the customer or user shall not be recognized or binding unless expressly accepted in writing by onflaTTricks.

onflaTTricks is a skateboarding learning app. Features include tools for skaters, educational content, ability to create an account for additional functionalities, partner applications access, and ability to buy boards.

You may create an account by providing your email address and choosing a secure password.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

By clicking on the “Purchase” or any equivalent confirmation button, the user acknowledges and expressly agrees to enter into a binding purchase contract with onflaTTricks in accordance with these Terms. Before completing the purchase, the user will be shown the applicable prices and available payment and delivery options. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner Stripe, and deliveries are carried out via Mondial Relay or any other delivery service indicated at checkout. Upon successful completion of an order, the user will receive an order confirmation email containing details of the purchase, delivery information, and the essential elements of the transaction.

You must provide name, surname, email, phone number, postcode and city for delivery and payment pirpose. Payment is processed via Stripe and delivery is handled via Mondial Relay.

All purchases are subject to these Terms: Prices are euros, and may include taxes/shipping as applicable. You must be at least 18 or have parental consent to order any product from our shop.

All payments for purchases made on the onflaTTricks platform shall be completed exclusively by credit or debit card through our secure payment provider Stripe. No other means of payment are accepted unless expressly stated otherwise by onflaTTricks.

The purchased products shall be delivered to the pick-up location selected by the user at the time of purchase, exclusively from the list of partner shops made available through the Mondial Relay delivery service. Deliveries to lockers or non-partner addresses are not permitted. Once the product has been handed over to the designated delivery or relay service, all risks relating to loss, damage, delay, or any other incident affecting the shipment shall pass to the carrier and/or the user, in accordance with the applicable transport terms. onflaTTricks shall not be held liable for any issues arising during shipment or after the product has been transferred to the delivery service.

Use the app responsibly and lawfully.

Do not misuse, hack, or attempt to corrupt the app, or troll partners’ applications access via your account.

You are responsible for providing accurate personal information when required (e.g. for purchases and deliveries).

Each individual user is permitted to register and maintain only one account on the onflaTTricks platform. The creation or use of multiple accounts by the same individual, as well as any activity reasonably suspected to be fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise abusive, constitutes a violation of these Terms. onflaTTricks reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account found or suspected to be in breach of this provision, without prior notice or liability.

Products offered for sale on the onflaTTricks platform are intended exclusively for end consumers and not for resale or commercial distribution. Any purchase made with the intent to resell, redistribute, or otherwise exploit the products for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. onflaTTricks reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any order or transaction, refuse shipment, and/or suspend or terminate any user account when there is reasonable suspicion of such prohibited activity, without prior notice or liability.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the user, onflaTTricks will make reasonable efforts to contact the user in order to correct or complete the missing details. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period or if contact cannot be established, onflaTTricks reserves the right to cancel the order and the related transaction. In such cases, any payment already made may be refunded in accordance with the applicable refund policy.

onflaTTricks reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or refuse any customer order, in whole or in part, without liability.

Orders may in particular be refused or cancelled in the following cases:


• The product is unavailable or out of stock
• The payment information provided is incorrect, unverifiable, or incomplete
• The order or customer account is flagged by our security system as unusual, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent
• The customer is identified as a reseller or is purchasing for resale purposes
• The price displayed on the onflaTTricks online shop was incorrect due to a technical or human error
• The delivery cannot be made to the address provided
• onflaTTricks is unable to provide the product or service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure)

The user has the right to cancel a purchase without providing any reason, within thirty (30) days from the date on which the product was received. To exercise this right, the product must be in brand-new condition, unused, and composed of its two original parts — the grip tape and the board — still separate and unassembled.

Before returning any product, the user must notify onflaTTricks by email to request authorization for the return. This written exchange serves as proof of the withdrawal request and allows onflaTTricks to verify that the product meets the return conditions. If this communication process causes the return period to exceed the initial thirty (30) days, the return shall nevertheless be accepted.

If the product has not been returned within sixty (60) days following the initial delivery, onflaTTricks will consider the order as confirmed and will proceed with the payment in full.

The product is returned at the own user's fees.

onflaTTricks shall be liable only for foreseeable and direct losses that are typical of the nature of the contract and the products concerned, arising from a negligent breach of contractual obligations. The same limitation applies to breaches caused by the legal representatives or senior employees of onflaTTricks.

Any statutory liability of onflaTTricks, including that of its legal representatives or senior employees, shall remain limited to compensation for proven losses in accordance with applicable law.

The above limitations of liability shall not apply in cases of injury to life, body, or health, nor in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

The app may allow access to partner applications or services. onflaTTricks is not responsible for the actions, content, privacy, or policies of those partners.

If you consent to receive partner products, you agree to share certain contact information with them. The partners may use your data in accordance with their own policies.

onflaTTricks provides the app “as is”. No guarantee is made that the app is error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure.

In no event shall onflaTTricks be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the app or its use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

All content in the app is owned by onflaTTricks (or used under license). You must not reproduce or reuse content without permission.

Use of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms and Conditions occasionally. Changes will be notified via email, and will be effective immediately or after a notice period (e.g. 30 days).

These Terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be brought before the competent courts in France unless another jurisdiction is required by law.
